Purpose: Visual concept preview

Includes:

• ·       Diagrams of the floor plan, elevation, and section view

Use Case:
Perfect for sharing your idea with others and deciding whether to move forward. If the concept resonates, you can upgrade to a more detailed set.

📐 2. Schematic Set

Format: 5–10 pages (18” x 24” PDF)
Purpose: Preliminary planning and cost estimation

Includes:

•     Full-page color perspective rendering

•     Dimensioned floor plan

•     Elevations and building sections

•     Floor framing and roof framing diagrams

•     Draft SIP (Structural Insulated Panel) shop drawing

Use Case:

•     Gather initial project information

•     Share with builders or subcontractors for early cost estimates

•     Request a SIP package estimate from your manufacturer
  (Note: Final quote from the manufacturer requires completed architectural and engineering drawings)

🏗️ 3. Permit Set

Format: Full construction drawing set
Purpose: Construction and permit submission

Includes:

•     Finalized architectural drawings with Cover Page and Plot Plan.
  
  With the following it will make up the Construction Documents

•     Shop drawings and engineering documents

•     Site plan (if required)

Use Case:

•     Submit to contractors and subcontractors for construction

•     Use for building permit applications (where applicable)
