Artisan Dwelling Units ADU
Artisan dwelling units are expertly designed to meet and exceed the standards set by the International Building Code for one- or two-family homes intended for living, cooking, sleeping, and bathing. Unlike accessory structures, these dwellings incorporate superior R-values in floors, walls, and roofs, ensuring exceptional thermal insulation. With enhanced windows and superior air tightness, Artisan homes provide unmatched energy efficiency, comfort, and durability.

Accessory Structures
A “structure” that is accessory to and incidental to the main dwelling, situated on the same lot. Such a structure can serve a variety of purposes, including as an office, art studio, or workshop for hobbies like woodworking and more. This category of building ranges from smaller options, such as our 12’X16’ backyard office (BYO), to larger, more spacious designs like our popular 32’X40’ workshop.

Tiny House on Wheels THoW
I have had the pleasure and joy of assisting more than 40 individuals with the design and final construction of their Tiny Houses on Wheels (THoW). These projects have ranged in size from a compact 8’ by 16’ long model to a much larger 8’9” by 36’ long 5th wheel. Our designs utilize 4-inch Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) for the floors, walls, and roofs, creating an integrated and highly durable shell that offers excellent structural strength and outstanding energy efficiency throughout.
